We love our vendors and are excited to meet you! Please make sure to sign up for our mailing list to get notified of future flea market dates. Now, onto the important stuff. Make sure to read EVERYTHING WRITTEN BELOW.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR VENDORS
FLEA MARKET ADDRESS
CAPITOLO Park is located at 900 Federal St. Philadelphia, PA 19147 (9th & Federal in South Philly, across from Pat's & Geno's)
Our event goes around the outside perimeter of the park.
PAYMENT
You may pay via Paypal on our website or cash at the rec center. Personal checks will not be accepted and will be discarded.
VENDOR SPACES
It's first come, first serve so grab your spot early. Please note, there are several spaces reserved for staff and volunteers, near the front entrance. You may choose any spot around the outside parameter of the park, but you may not choose any of the spots marked "Reserved". Our staff needs to be centrally located and have easy access to the building. These spots will be clearly marked "Reserved for Park Staff".
Please Do Not block any park gates - there may be a soccer or softball game, and the gardeners will need access to the community garden.
VENDOR SET UP & BREAK DOWN
You may begin set up at 7am and may choose any available spot around the outside of the park. We will confirm your name is on our list at some point during the event. If your name is not on our paid list, you will be asked to leave the grounds immediately.
PARKING
Parking in loading only in the AM. This is to enable you to drop off your stuff right in front of the spot you choose.
TABLES
Capitolo Park does not provide tables, chairs or tents. You must bring your own table.
TRASH
Vendors are 100% responsible for disposing of all trash and cleaning up their areas. That means, you're not permitted to leave anything behind -- including items that you did not sell. You must remove all of your trash and unsold merchandise when you leave the premises. Vendors that do not adhere to this policy will not be permitted to vend the following season.
FOOD SALES
We do not allow any food or beverage sales (we don't have the permits).
RAIN DATE
When you sign up for one of our flea markets, you agree that, should it rain, you will vend on the rain date (usually the following Saturday). There are no refunds on rain dates.
CANCELLATIONS
We understand that things happen, but once you've paid -- you're committed to the Flea Market date and rain date. We do not offer any refunds for cancellations. You may, however, sell your spot and notify us of the new owner's name.

- Weapons (except for collectibles)
- Hate Group items that target dislike for a specific group (i.e. Nazi collectibles)
