FLEA MARKET ADDRESS
Capitolo Park is located at 900 Federal St. Phila, PA 19147
Our event goes around the outside parameter of the park.
PAYMENT
You may pay via Paypal on our website or you may mail a money order. Personal checks will not be accepted and will be discarded.
PARKING
Capitolo Park puts up "No Parking" signs around the parameter of the park the night before the flea market. When you get there the morning of the event, you may disregard the No Parking signs and park around the park. Please note -- we cannot guarantee a spot in front of your table or reserve a parking spot for you. The No Parking signs DO NOT APPLY TO YOU. We are blocking these spots off for our vendors. RAIN DATE
When you sign up for one of our flea markets, you agree that, should it rain, you will vend on the rain date listed. There are no refunds on rain dates. If it is scheduled to rain, we will make a decision by 9PM the night before the event and will post it on our website. Please Click Here for more info.
VENDOR SPACES
It's first come, first serve so grab your spot early. Please note, there are several spaces reserved for volunteers, near the park entrance. You may choose any spot except for these. Our staff needs to be centrally located and have easy access to the building. These spots will be clearly marked.
VENDOR SET UP & BREAK DOWN
You may begin set up at 7am and may choose any available spot around the outside of the park. We will confirm your name is on our list at some point during the event. If your name is not on our paid list, you will be asked to leave the grounds immediately.
TABLES
Capitolo Park does not provide tables, chairs or tents. You must bring your own table.
TRASH
Vendors are 100% responsible for disposing of all trash and cleaning up their areas.. That means, you're not permitted to leave anything behind -- including items that you did not sell. You must remove all of your trash and unsold merchandise when you leave the premises. Vendors that do not adhere to this policy will not be permitted to vend the following season.
FOOD SALES
There are no food vendor sales allowed. (Sorry, we don't have the permits)
CANCELLATIONS
We understand that things happen, but once you've paid -- you're committed to the Flea Market date and rain date. We do not offer any cancellations. You may, however, sell your spot and notify us of the new owner's name.

- Hate Group items that target dislike for a specific group (i.e. Nazi collectibles)
